As a user of our wellbeing, health, and fitness services, you have access to the High Five Connect app. High Five Connect serves as the central platform for your membership experience. Through this app, you can conveniently handle memberships, schedule bookings, monitor your progress, engage with the health & wellbeing community, and stay in touch with High Five professionals.

You also have the option to synchronize this app with the Apple Health App. By enabling this integration, any workout recorded in the Health app will be seamlessly added to your Activity Calendar.
